RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer seven-day returns without cause. Items may be returned or exchanged only in the event of a confirmed quality issue.

SHIPPING

Standard orders are shipped within 60 days of payment, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped by freight, with shipping charges payable upon delivery.

PACKAGING

Packaging is selected according to each product's characteristics to ensure safe transport.

INSTALLATION

Some products, including beds, shelving units and tables, require assembly before use.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Before signing, please check that the outer packaging is intact. If severe damage may affect product quality, take photos, refuse delivery, and contact customer service promptly.

MEASUREMENTS

Minor dimensional differences may occur because of tools and measurement methods. Please refer to the actual item received.

COLOR VARIATION

Photos, lighting and display settings may create color differences. Please refer to the actual product for final color.

WARRANTY

Quality issues not caused by improper use are covered by a one-year warranty. After the free warranty period, paid service is available at cost. Natural leather variation, fabric texture or color changes, metal oxidation, and usage marks are not considered product quality defects.
